Too many DNS query done by the PBX
«
on:

Hi!
Note quite sure if it's a bug : My PlugPBX is sending DNS request for A and AAA to my default gateway every 2 seconds? Is that normal?
As per Wireshark 'Stardard Query A = ' and 'Standard query AAA ='
Thanks!

We have avahi installed (zeroconf dns) so the machine advertises itself (and various services) via it. On the Mac this is known as Bonjour. Its likely that.
apt-get remove avahi* if its of concern to you, if you care to look at the traffic in more detail to confirm or not.... Its the likely reason.
For instance it will broadcast itself as plugpbx.local as a zeroconf DNS name to any listening hosts, and list both its ssh and http interfaces as available
