If you get the image up somewhere, I'm happy to grab a copy and post it here on downloads.plugpbx.org - make sure you have an MD5 sum so we can ensure it is a 1:1 copy everywhere it goes. Cheers!

Put this stuff on a UPS. Its worthy for both uptime, reliability and protection from power spikes/transients. My DSL, Router, Switch, Sheevas, NAS and ATA are all on a UPS for such reasons.

Hi JmsCrk,
-Have you been able to upload the image somewhere? If so, could you please provide the download info?
-Could you also provide your current uBoot environment variables?
I am running uBoot version: U-Boot 2011.06-02334-g8f495d9-dirty (May 31 2011 - 02:06:26) and am *not* able to boot from the 1st ext2 (kernel/uImage) partition. Earlier in your post you had mentioned that that you did not need to convert the /dev/sdb1 from ext2 to fat16 partition.
Any help would be much appreciated.
