I have an IAX2 trunk that is registering fine with voip.ms

When I try to make a call, I get:

[Jun  8 14:30:45] WARNING[13008] chan_iax2.c: Call rejected by 174.34.146.162: No authority found
[Jun  8 14:30:45] VERBOSE[30604] chan_iax2.c:     -- Hungup 'IAX2/Voipms_iax-4227'
[Jun  8 14:30:45] VERBOSE[30604] app_dial.c:   == Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/0/1)

'iax2 show peers' yields:
Voipms_iax/1148  174.34.146.162  (S)  255.255.255.255  4569          OK (48 ms)

I have tried 3 different voip.ms servers and they all register fine, but all fail with the same error.

I don't know if this is an error on voip.ms side or in my configs.

Anybody have any idea how to troubleshoot further?

i think with IAX you can secure the link with a shared secret at each end (foggy on this), so one possibility is that your end or theirs is mis-configured. Contact your provider for additional support and example configurations that work with their environment - a VOIP provider surely would provide configuration examples (mine sure does, even going so far as providing a web-page that generates the example configuration files or screenshots after a user keys in their account data - you rock unlimitel.ca!)
